Shipping and exchanges

How we ship our works and what to do if one is not what you expected.

Shipping

  • We ship Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed before 5:00 p.m. (Lima time) are prepared and packed within 1 business day at most.
  • Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from dispatch, to any city in Peru.
  • Shipping is paid by the buyer and depends on the destination. For most shipments it is S/ 15. We confirm the exact amount before closing the sale.
  • Every work is shipped with protective packing.

Returns

  • We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

  • We accept one (1) exchange per purchase, for another work from our collection, in these cases:
    1. The work arrives damaged.
    2. The work does not meet the buyer's expectations.
  • Deadline: up to 2 business days from delivery.
  • The work must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packing.
  • Shipping costs for the exchange:
    • If the work arrived damaged, the gallery covers shipping both ways.
    • In any other case, the buyer covers shipping both ways.
  • If the new work has a different price, the difference is arranged with the gallery at the time of the exchange, depending on the work chosen.
